Management & Supervision
All Chilmark projects are assigned a Field Supervisor and a Project Manager. Detailed job meetings are held as frequently as needed to maintain full control. Each job has a written detailed schedule that is constantly updated and used to coordinate all aspects of the field work. We exert tremendous efforts and use all our talents and technology to insure that each job flows smoothly and efficiently.

Technology
A key feature to Chilmark Builder’s Project Management capabilities is the implementation of state-of-the-art construction management software. Individual projects are established and maintained through Estimating, Scheduling and Document Control programs, which can be reviewed and modified in the office and on site. We offer web based cameras on all jobs to monitor progress and to best address questions that arise in the field in real time. The integration of these tools, through a central server that is accessible by our staff 24 hours a day, enables us to provide a seamless transition between the field, the main office and the mobile office.
Administration & Assistant Project Management
Our office is set up to handle all aspect of support for any type of project. We have detailed accounting, purchasing and insurance tracking systems in place. This attention to the business and administrative side of the building benefits all involved.

Maintenance / Home Concierge
Bringing the same experience and quality care offered in our construction business, Chilmark also offers ongoing maintenance services to clients who require ongoing or occasional work on their residences and commercial spaces. Similar to a home “concierge’ service, we provide a full range of services- everything from seasonal preparations to carpentry, painting, HVAC and plumbing. Chilmark’s maintenance staff includes highly skilled technicians and laborers to serve the needs of our busy clients.
